Description
This page here says to install qtpip and then using it, but that doesn't work on a fresh install because license files are not present:
https://doc.qt.io/qtforpython-6/commercial/index.html
Basically one needs to run Qt installer or Maintenance Tool to get license files in correct place first (or by manually copying the license file to correct place first). Or perhaps qtpip could be improved with an ability to login and download those license files if they don't exist.
