Switch `find_package` from `Qt6<module>` to `Qt6::<component>`

    Description

      The issue is that if the user provides a find hint like `Qt6_ROOT`, it is only picked up for `find_package(Qt6)` and not the individual components like `Qt6Gui`. Using the components on the other hand would guarantee that all module/components have consistent versions
