    Description

      Strangely, this issue was raised before in 2016:

      https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-55932?jql=text%20~%20%22qaction%20svg%22

      It was stated there that it was resolved but I can replicate it on a MacBook M3 Pro with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1.

      Qt: v 6.8.2
      PyQt: v 6.8.1

      Python 3.12.9
