Error using pyside6-project due to missing dependency

    Description

      When using pyside6-project with any command I get a "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tomlkit'" error.

      I assume this is due to a missing pip package not installed  by pyside. Is this a bug or have I missed somewhere where it states what the package requirements are for pyside6-project?
