I did not have this problem with 6.9.0, but from 6.9.1 onward there are some QCheckBox widgets in my app that do not change their visual state to appear checked when clicked. These widgets still trigger their effects as usual. Not all checkboxes are affected, but looking at the python file generated by uic, I can't find any differences between the way working and non-working checkboxes are created.
