      Over at FreeCAD, we are developing a Homebrew formula for pyside2 that we use to build FreeCAD.  We have run into a few issues due to the current PySide2 setup.py behavior (see this HomeBrew Issue).] 

      To improve PySide2 build and install by 3rd party package manager(s), like Homebrew and CondaForge, setup.py should install pyside2-rcc and shiboken2 into the {install_dir}/bin as setup.py currently does for pyside2-uic.
