32 bit wheels for Windows

    Description

      Right now, there are only 64 bit pre-release wheels for Windows. Could you please provide 32 bit wheels, too?

      Please note, that the download on python.org defaults to 32 bit on Windows. So most Python users have the 32 bit version on Windows.
