shiboken2.exe generator is absent

    Description

      Can't find shiboken2.exe generator in c:\Python\Python37-32\Lib\site-packages\shiboken2 folder.

      As a result can't build c:\Python\Python37-32\Lib\site-packages\PySide2\examples\samplebinding

      Uses Qt5.12.0 and PySide2 installed via "pip install PySide2"

      Issue blocks development bindings for third-party libraries.
