Segmentation fault when importing pandas

      The following sequence of imports leads to a segfault:

       

      import  PySide2

      import pandas as pd

       

      with PySide2 5.11.1, Shiboken2 5.11.1 and pandas 0.24.0.

      This wasn't an issue with PySide2 and Shiboken2 version 5.11.0
