pyside2-uic does not support themed icons

    Description

      pyside2-uic currently has no support for themed icons. Worse yet, it makes the assumption that <iconset> Elements always contain a filename so that running it on a UI file which contains an themed icon without a filename as fallback  will result in an exception.
