This happens when editing .qbs files in QtCreator.

Given code like this:

Properties {
    ...
}

If I move the cursor somewhere on the Properties text, and press F1, I get sent to the documentation for the Profile item.

If I do the same on any other item I've tried (Module, Group, etc), I end up at the correct documentation page for the specific item.

I guess there is a typo somewhere in the source code from which the documentation is generated.
