Core module can't be found on armv7hl (fedora) ReferenceError: Can't find variable: hasLibrary

This issue was initially reported here: https://github.com/ColinDuquesnoy/MellowPlayer/issues/214

This was seen on an armv7hl build for fedora: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/4481/25634481/build.log

It seems the issue appeared in commit 7b0dcb8e965a8a152738a507118c3dc4d70401c. The core product template no longer have a hasLibrary property and cannot be found when building for armv7hl. Everything works fine with qbs 1.10.0 (see a working build log here: https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//work/tasks/5923/25635923/build.log)
