VCS module does not work in sub-projects tree

A VCS mosule does not generate a ''vcs-repo-state.h" header file if the Products is in a sub-tree (seems, it may be as a reason), please see the example project in an attachment.

PS: Though, the original test project from qbs\tests\auto\blackbox\testdata\vcs\vcstest.qbs does work.

PS: Git prints out:

$ git describe --always HEAD
v1.0
$ git describe --long
v1.0-0-gd9d2bb3
