QProcess: configurable timeout

Sometimes we see on our Coverity build slave during a QBS build step

QProcess: Destroyed while process is still running

while calling the cl.exe.

So QBS is not waiting long enough for cl.exe returning. A configurable timeout (via commandline or env) would make that problem solvable.
