Equivalent to OTHER_FILES?

      Is there an equivalent to OTHER_FILES? I tried adding a README file to the files property of my top-level project, but it doesn't show up in Creator's locator like OTHER_FILES does in a .pro.

      If there isn't an equivalent, then consider this a request for it.
