qbs-setup-qt doesn't understand double quotes in .pri files

      Happened upon this while trying to use this library in my project:  https://github.com/annulen/webkit/releases

      This is supposed to be a drop in type of a library, but attempting to build anything with it produces "no webkit.obj" error.

      After talking with Christian Kandeler in IRC, it appears that this project uses doublequotes in their .pri files that qbs-setup-qt doesn't understand and the project also doesn't ship with necessary .prl files for QBS to work with it. 

      Can something be done about it?
