Description
The documentation of qbs.targetPlatform and qbs.targetOS is seems to lack essential information that is required to use these properties effectively:
- targetPlatform starts with "The OS you want to build the project for." This is confusing. It should not be explained that way.
- The relationship and difference between the 2 properties is not clear enough. QBS seems to deduce one from the other, but how?
- how do those properties affect other modules or how are other modules supposed to treat them?
- There is no link to the new "Target Platforms" page, but they should link to each other and their relationship should be briefly explained.
I think this is highly important for the 1.13 release.
