minSdkVersion in Android manifest is not automatically updated

      Hi,
      adding the property

      Android.ndk.platform: "android-21"

      into my QBS project file does indeed select the desired minimum API level; however, the generated AndroidManifest.xml file still shows minSdkVersion="16".
