Xcode support broken

      After update Xcode to Version 13.3 (13E113) the qbs build broken with error
       
      /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/Library/Xcode/PrivatePlugIns/IDEiOSPlatformSupportCore.ideplugin/Contents/Resources/Device.xcspec: No such file or directory

      Looks like apple again moved xcspec files as in QBS-1582. Now they are in /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/PlugIns/XCBSpecifications.ideplugin/Contents/Resources/
