qbs.debugInformation in Project level causes assertion error

    qbs.debugInformation: true
}

      This causes assertion error:

      C:\Users\qt\work\build\qt-creator\src\shared\qbs\src\lib\corelib\loader\modulepropertymerger.cpp:209: error: ASSERT: !value->expired(productItem)

      This wasn't be a problem before. I don't know the exact version which introduce this bug but my last working version were what came with Qt Creator 9.x.
