Xcode 15.3 support broken

    Description

      xcspec files was moved to new location once again in XCode 15.3 so using Xcode's xcspec files in bundle module is broken.

      New location: </path/to/Xcode.app>/Contents/SharedFrameworks/XCBuild.framework/PlugIns/XCBBuildService.bundle/Contents/PlugIns/XCBSpecifications.ideplugin/Contents/Resources/
