Passing --no-zstd to rcc required when building for Android

    Description

      Qt version 6.6.3 and higher provided by qt.io require that --no-zstd is passed to the rcc command when building for Android. This is due to different compression methods supported by the host tools and the target Qt libraries.

      Caused by 14546d1816a877690cda71f02c275303ef42afa8 in qtbase.

      Fixed for qmake in 6eda4919f252c53f313441afbedb4d0f98e94c9a in qtbase.
