protobuf.cpp: Missing the --plugin option

      It would be good to have an option to specify a custom protobuf plugin instance to compile a *.proto files.

      PS: Something like this alredy exists in the `protobuf.nanopb` module, but missing in the `protobuf.cpp` module.
