Qt Creator does not set Qt.core.config and Qt.core.qtConfig when creating Qt profiles

We really should have Qt Creator ask QBS to set up Qt profiles, or at least assist in doing so, or this problem will only keep cropping up.

One current serious implication is that applications using QtGui in an ANGLE build will fail to compile since qtConfig is unset there is no 'angle' to be seen to add the include directory.
