      For instance, this seems to happen to cpp.transitiveSOs from time to time. When turning on debug output, one can see dozens and dozens of "-Wl,-rpath-link=" options with the same library. IIRC, these repeated occurrences also end up in the build graph (I debugged this once). Might be related to change tracking. Not easily reproducible.
