1. Create a new project using "File" -> "New File or Project..." -> "Non-Qt Project" -> "Plain C++ Project (Qbs Build)".
2. Go to Projects mode, run configuration.
   The only run configuration is an empty "Custom Executable".
3. Try running the project.
   It does not work. Instead, you see the "Custom Executable" dialog.
4. Cancel the dialog.
5. Try running the project again.
   Now the program runs and a run configuration was created.

The run configuration for the new project should be created together with the project. There should not be a need to build the project first.
