Provide a means to downgrade "Property is not declared" to a warning

Such a feature would be especially nice in Qt Creator so that if a project uses one or two simple, non-critical properties introduced in a newer version of Qbs, in a version of QtC that bundles a older version of Qbs, they can still build the project.

(Maybe the --keep-going option could handle this?)
