Clarify somewhere which modules have which license

Hello,

You are having both files LICENSE.LGPLv21 and LICENSE.LGPLv3.
While the C++ code seems to be dual licensed under LGPLv2.1 and LGPLv3 (correct?) the javascript and qbs files in the modules (like java) are not having any license headers. So what license do those have?

Would be cool to either have license headers in them or a file somewhere which is summarizing the license situation.
