enable attaching data to artifacts in outputArtifacts script

    Description

      The example for the QML compiler in QBS-749 gathers data in an extra rule, writes it to a .json file and later reads it in outputArtifacts and prepare of another rule.

      This indirection wouldn't be needed if we were able to attach JS objects to artifact descriptors in the outputArtifacts script.
