Qbs does not handle literal $$[QT_INSTALL_LIBS] in prl files

    Description

      Qt 5.5 on OS X now embeds the literal string -F$$[QT_INSTALL_LIBS] into .prl files, which breaks qbs setup-qt.

      Is this a new thing we're supposed to handle now, or a bug in the Qt distribution?
