Can not depend on a product from a module.

    Description

      From a module trying to create a Depends object that points to a product instead of another module gives the error "ReferenceError: Can't find variable product." On IRC I was informed that modules should only be able to depend on other modules, but there is no documentation that describes this limitation. Additionally, a better error message would be helpful here.
