Force canonicalization of qbs.targetOS in the qbs module's validate script

    Description

      Similar to what is done for qbs.architecture. For example if a targetOS list contains ios, it MUST also contain darwin. Similarly if a targetOS list contains freebsd, it MUST contain bsd... and so on.
