ProjectExplorer doesn't display properly the Unicode characters

      When I open my Qbs project on Windows, the name property of my Project item displays invalid Unicode characters in the ProjectTreeWidget.

      This issue occurs only in a Windows environment. The Unicode characters are well displayed in a GNU/Linux environment.

      I attached pictures to show the problems with Hangul characters but any accentuated characters (like, à, ò, ä, ...) will produce the same issue.
