Errors in property bindings are sometimes reported in the wrong location

If an Export item as an error in one of its property bindings, the depending product will report the error in the wrong location if it also declares the same property that the Export item exports.

If the depending product does NOT declare the same property as in the export item, the error is reported in the correct location.
