Cpp Module could use a little more clarity in minimumWindowsVersion errors

      Currently, when incorrect value is specified it just says "unknown windows version" without any hint of what it actually expects. Moreover, there is no link to windows versions in cpp module docs, neither there are examples of which values are most common
