    Description

      On Linux we have issues with OpenSSL.
      If we want to support Ubuntu 20.x, we cannot use the VMs with OpenSSL 3 support for Qt 6.5.1. This means either we cannot support OpenSSL or we have to drop Ubuntu 20.x.

      As a workaround we could download the assets using http instead of https.
      We check if OpenSSL/SSL is available, if yes (Windows, macOS) we can use https as we currently do. Otherwise we fallback to the according http download link.
