Menu items to operate on multiple projects are meaningless

The menus which apply to multiple projects are meaningless because QDS can only open one project.

In the File menu,

these can be reduced to the two menus

• Close Project
• Close All Files

In the context menu,

the greyed-out items can be removed (unless there is some situation where they get enabled), and the project name need not be mentioned since only one is present anyway.
