Transform Origin selection popup is still enabled after switching between projects

      1. Open a regular project, click on transform origin selector in property editor. 
      2. Switch to welcome screen, open another project (in this case: qt for MCU project)
      3. Design view automatically opens and transform origin popup selector is still there and functioning (though transform origin is not available to 95% of items in Qt for MCUs). You need to click away to hide it
