"Add an instance" works only after user have drag-and-dropped the effect

      When user creates a new 3D project and tries to press the "Add an instance" option for an effect in the Content Library -> Effects.

      The option only works after, when user has drag-and-dropped an effect to the 3D view/Navigator.
