Description
As a user, I wish to lock the active Workspace.
By locking the active Workspace, all Views will remain in their current placement within the active Workspace.
When the active Workspace is locked, a user will no longer be able to move/place the Views via drag and drop (which brings up the blue placement boxes).
When the active Workspace is locked, a user will no longer be able to add or subtract Views via the Menu Bar drop down until the active Workspace is unlocked. Suggest that the menu is grayed out when active Workspace is locked.
When the active Workspace is locked, a user can still resize windows by dragging them from the edge of any window. However each View window itself will remain attached to it's fixed location.
Once a user unlocks the active Workspace, the user will be able to alter Workspace normally.
The user's selection of locked vs unlocked will remain constant and saved.
If a user quits Design Studio, the user's previous selection for Locked vs Unlocked Workspace will remain.
