Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Content Library -> Effects
- Resize the view so that you can scroll it vertically
- Right click on top of "Main" category
- While context menu is open, scroll the view with mouse wheel
- -> Can be scrolled -> should be prevented same way as in other Content Library tabs
