Dragging effect from Components view causes "Item could not be created" error

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Drag and drop e.g. "Steam" effect from Content Library to 3D View
      • Open Components view
      • Drag and drop "Steam" from ComponentBundles EffectBundle -section to scene in Navigator
      • -> Item could not be created error seen in Navigator.
      • Can we maybe hide ComponentBundles EffectBundle -section from Components altogether if effects are not meant to be used / cannot be used from there?
