Qsb tool doesn't run properly for shaders defined with ShaderTool in .qmlproject

    Description

      .qsb files are not generated for shaders in directories specified by ShaderTool section of .qmlproject file. The following warning is printed in log:

      [29364] QShaderBaker: Failed to open C:/dev/qt/DesignStudio/apps/UntitledProject32/content/shaders/foobar.frag.qsb

      It maybe that qsb tool command line options have changed at  some point, breaking this.
