Issues when using orthographic edit camera

    Description

      Please see attached recording.

      • Create a 3D project
      • Select Cube in 3D View
      • Select Orthographic Edit camera
      • Zoom in/out
        •  Scene is not zoomed correctly
        • Somehow gizmos are getting smaller and bigger even though the size of the gizmos should not change at all
        • Scrolling mouse wheel forward should zoom in but it seems to be zooming out, scrolling backward zoomes in.
