Upgrading Qt Design Studio and loading old projects causes the accumulation of "Replacement" kits

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a new project with Qt Design Studio 4.1
      2. Close the project
      3. Upgrade to Qt Design Studio 4.2
      4. Reload the same project

       

      Outcome
      A new "Replacement" kit gets added to the list, and there is no way to remove it.

      (Will a new "Replacements" appear with each upgrade?)
