Examples are randomly undownloadable

    Description

      When user starts the Design Studio 4.3, some of the examples seems to be randomly undownloadable.

      I've attached three pictures, which shows this behavior.

      I've also attached couple of outputs logs created with DebugView, when I

      1. Started Design Studio

      2. Opened the "Examples" window
