DSlicense plugin enables QmlDesigner plugin in Qt Creator

    Description

      Qt Creator 11.0.1, when installed via the Maintenance tool, gets an additional "DSLicense" plugin, which depends on the QmlDesigner plugin and forces the loading of the QmlDesigner plugin.

      QmlDesigner plugin should not be enabled by default in Qt Creator.

      Also, the DSlicense should not be installed or be enabled by default for Qt Creator.
