offsets for anchors cannot be set in Properties tab

In the file MiddleGauge.ui.qml in the attached project, anchors' offsets cannot be set in the Properties tab.
My understanding is that once you select any of the anchors in the Layout tab, offset configuration input boxes should be shown, but they don't. Therefore, the user should set them in the Code view by hand.
