Clicking the line number in the Application Output doesn't get the user to the line in the code

      Usually, when a user clicks on the line number showing in the output pane, he gets to the line in the editor.
      However in QDS, this doesn't happen. Even when the user clicks on the line number, nothing happens. This is highly counter intuitive and stressful for the users. We should fix this issue.
