Property editor Controls are distorted when moving DesignStudio across windows 11 workspaces

Can be reproduced with Windows 11.

Preproducing steps:

• Create a project
• Create a new Windows workspace
• Move the Design studio window to the new workspace (they are also called Desktop in Windows, you can access them with Win+Tab)
• Select a Text
• Inspect property editor, check how controls look
